I just received my Glowforge but did not receive credit for the promised “delayed shipping waiting period”. I did not see it in my account. Could someone please let me know how I can get it? Would like to go shopping for materials.

When you place an order, it is deducted from the total that you owe at the very end of the transaction.
You can check your credit amount on your account… go to Glowforge.com, click your email address to open your account, then click on Payment Options. (You might need a credit card stored there to see the credit and place an order, I’m not sure.)
