How to fix a stripped hex screw on front carriage

your gonna be doing a whole lotta shaking / vibrating on a laser tube,. YOU can get away with it, if your lucky, If your not you’re looking at $500 + $250 + $9 for a ‘screw’

Yes, if your talking about the new screw. And no sorry we didn’t. We just bought a tool that is used to remove screws and put the new one. Sorry if it’s not much help.

Please let us know how you got it off. Was it with the tap and die set? After you separated the laser tube?
