How to size and duplicate in illustrator?

Hi,
I’m a glowforge newbie and very excited to upgrade from my cricut, lol. I make earrings and was wondering if anyone can offer a quick explanation on how to size and duplicate my designs in adobe illustrator? I’m very new to illustrator and it is very daunting compared to design space

Adobe itself has great tutorial reads and videos if you visit their website. Highly recommended, and I still use it even as an experienced Illustrator user.
