i wanna print some alfajores and i dont find any option for food someone can help me

First, you should know that putting food in the Glowforge might expose it to chemicals left over from other things you printed earlier. It might not be safe to eat. Something to consider when you make the decision.

For the settings, you will need to experiment. I did a search here for “engraving cookies” and found a few posts that might give you a place to start from:

If it comes out too light, use more power or slower speed. If it burns too dark, use less power or faster speed.
