You need to know exactly what it is made from.

It will be very important to determine exactly what rubber your case is made of. Do you know what material it is, or have a link to the product where you purchased it?
If it’s silicone, you can probably use silicone settings, which have been discussed here:

The biggest problems would be if the material is flammable or if it is PVC, which will damage the glowforge.
