Quick question: Is there a way to disable the camera border to get a larger cut out of proofgrade wood?

No. The camera doesn’t determine the available cut/engrave area – they are hardware/software constraints. Cutting is possible to within ~0.01" of the published dimensions. Engraving area is a bit smaller, but the exact dimensions depend on the speed settings.

you have 11x19.5 to work within - as long as you template your workspace to these dimensions you will be fine (without pass through slot)
