Indeed. The original advice we got was “don’t allow customers to discuss settings on your forum”. I’m a big believer that bad lawyers say ‘no’ and good lawyers say ‘here’s the best way, and here’s the risks you take by doing it’. We spent a lot more time and money to come up with the current compromise. We’re always looking for ways to improve, so the feedback is very welcome.
