Issues cutting 140lb paper

It looks dirty to me. That’s one of the places you need to check regularly to see if it needs cleaning.

The power is to low, raise the power to 90 and increase the speed.
I use 100 precision and 250 speed, little adhesive and were good.

Ok so I have the GF dialed in for making my stencils. Now I am making so many that I want to swap them out quickly without having to BLE an debris off the honeycombed GF tray. Does anyone have a suggestion for a cheap material I can place on the tray, under the paper that is uncuttable?

Most common metals except copper or just vacuum the bits out.
