Check your lens - see if it’s in right. Power dropoff from 1 pass to not cutting with 4 passes sounds like it’s not focused anymore. Either material not set correctly or flipped over lens.
(The other alternative - that the high voltage power supply is toasted - is something you don’t want to consider.)
Thank you so much for your reply! I figured out my problem. On my last order with Johnson Plastics, I accidentally ordered the Satin 3-ply (Black/White/Black) and not the LaserMax 3-ply. I feel foolish, but elated that I figured it out. Thanks again!
