Welcome to the forum, I don’t have it to share but you can use a box generator to make one quite easily. I used Boxes.py and it’s a HingeBox with outside hinges. You’ll want to put your own wording/graphics on the front anyway and apart from the graphics it’s just a simple hinged box. Good luck!
