I’m a lifelong Chiefs fan so I just had to make something related.
Arrowhead from that sport they used to have long ago when people could touch each other. What an heirloom!!!

By “touch each other” you mean shoot an arrow several hundred feet into someone. That is extreme social distancing.
Except the sticking someone with an arrowhead (distant or not) makes it less friendly, so it’s more antisocial distancing.
