I’m not going to go into that ally of politics and markets but I will say this and nothing more. A LOT of people are going to be hurting come Christmas and New Years. Me being in Illinois, people are trying to get out of the state, aging population, taxes, oh and the covid sh…tuff so housing cost are really down up here. The market prices dropped about 20% back in May but has been steady and rising since then.
