New knife engraving. This one I took what I learned from the first one and made a larger graphic to get more clarity. Cranked up the settings to get a bit more burn. This one has no stain in it, I made it for a friend and I offered to add some stain if he wanted it but he liked it as is.

did you engrave the scales that came with it? or did you cut the custom shapes, engrave, and smooth the edges to give it the rounded feel?

I manually used the pen tool and drew in the rounded curves and left a gap on purpose so there was room to play a bit.

If you’re talking the wood and not the designs. It was already rounded.

The engraving is a beautiful addition to the knife. Anyone would be extremely proud to sport a knife that nice. The darkness of the engraving is perfect on this one.
