Kokopelli Dancer Clock

Kokopelli Dancer Clock (in progress). I’ll put a clear coat of stain on first, then glue down the turquoise (med turquoise acrylic) and add the clock works. This is a simple round of wood that you’d find in any crafts store. I first engraved the design and the clock face marks, then cut out the acrylic. The dancer I drew freehand from another design, scanned it and imported it into InkScape and did a simple trace.

It’s going to be a birthday present for my mom who loves all things like this.

I’m really pleased with how this turned out!

Thanks! And I will.

Off to a good start waiting to see the finished piece.

And here it is with the clock installed. Turns out I didn’t need the center piece after all… Looks mostly the same, I sealed with clear varnish.

Mom will love this I think.

Your clock turned out beautifully. The colors that you chose complement each other.

I’m sure she’ll love it! It has teal! (My husband teases when I say I like something … Of course … It has teal in it!)
