Has anyone used Laser Aluminum .025 Gloss Gold/Black material. I’m looking for the settings to engrave and to cut.

You will not be able to cut aluminum. The material will dissipate the energy too quickly to cut. You can ablate the anodized finish to reveal silver color, but there will probably be no actual etching and there will be no cutting.

I’ve not used that, but I’m certain you won’t be able to cut any aluminum…and the only aluminum you can really engrave is anodized.
