Let’s talk about the boxes that comes with your laser and accessories. Are you still holding on to yours?
I still have mine but I have several lasers now and am running out of room for sure lol.

I kept mine for years. When I had two glowforges, I had two boxes. When I sold one, I put it in the newer box I had and gave it to them like that.
I used my original glowforge box to move my GF to Japan. I really liked the original box, the brown cardboard one, it was definitely sturdier than the newer printed one. The laser made it overseas without issue, and at that point, I realized I would never ship my machine back so I recycled the cardboard and Styrofoam, but kept the orange moving bits and cut the foam parts that held the laser head (since I have one more I decided to keep that part just for storage).
So now I’m boxless. But if you ever plan to ship a machine back, you only need one box…the new machine will come with a new box. Unless you plan on shipping multiple back at a time or selling them.
Yeah, I still have mine. It’s in the loft of our storage shed. Just too afraid to get rid of it. But then again, I don’t have multiple machines like you have.
I still have one after all these years simply because it would be so expensive to get another if needed.
It is stuffed to the very back of the closet and would probably take 10-15 minutes to get to if needed.
That’s for the pro; for the LED units, there are no boxes. If I can’t get parts sent to fix them when needed, they will be done.
It lives on a pallet in my basement with all the Styrofoam and orange bits inside (along with a bunch of other specialized empty boxes). If space was at a premium I might consider getting rid of just the box, but keeping the rest.
still have mine in the crawl space in my attic.
I have probably about 12+ different laser boxes now lol. It’s getting a little out of hand. Don’t want to get rid of the boxes so might be time to start selling some of my lasers lol
I still have mine as well…stored in a closet.
My boxes came in handy for shipping my original basic back when it died so I keep them.
My garage has 12 foot ceilings and I have the boxes high and out of the way on a shelf.
Still have mine too. Taking up room in the basement. I don’t know if I will ever need it again, or just use it when I ever get rid of my Glowforge. But I don’t see that happening unless it becomes unrepairable.
I still have mine. It’s in the basement with about 1,000 other cardboard boxes I have saved. You never know when you might need it.
I’ve kept my GF boxes over the years in the garage rafters.
My original box is still gathering dust in the attic!
