i find the silver/black really hard to dial in consistently.
I agree. I don’t know if it is because black to silver is such an obvious contrast compared to the browns to darker browns of the other colors, or if the material is just more difficult. Even when the power setting is correct, each project seems to require lpi adjustments.
i just decided i have to live with a less than solid engrave. there will be black showing through.
