Leather Bracelets

lly finished a couple of leather bracelets on my Glowforge. I used magnetic clasps to close.

Nice! How long do you make them? I made a set that had a whole bunch of them, and forgot to check the length. They turned out way to small to fit a child, much less an adult. I wasted some good leather. Haven’t gone back to them to redo.

I make them 7 or 7.5 inches long. I had my mistakes too.

Nice! Do you have a favorite procedure for getting the soot off the cut sides?

Hi,

On the unfinished side I use sandpaper very lightly. On the good side I put blue painters tape on the top before cutting, so I don’t get really much soot on it.
