Leather Spell Card Holder for my DND Character

Happy Wednesday Everyone!

I have been using a Pokémon card holder for my spell cards for a while now. While it worked great, I knew I could make something better. I really wanted to put some leather in our laser cutter and see what I could come up with.

I have never done any significant leatherwork in the past, so this was all very new to me. There are many things I did wrong but all in all, I am very happy with how it turned out!

Here’s a video of how I made it -

Thanks everyone!

Nice!

BTW, it was your YouTube channel that finally convinced me to buy my Glowforge… So thanks!

(So many things that still need to be made…)

Thats awesome! I hope you are liking it!

Just scroll through the last few days’ posts. I even did an epoxy-filled map!

Spellbook of awesomeness, plus three to intelligence. Nice finished product, but the video that showed your creative process was the best. Thank you for the inspiration.

Gosh, this is every bit as nice as your resin and map work. Nailed it!

I thoroughly enjoyed your video and learned a lot. I have never done anything with leather and now I think I will give it a try. Thank you for documenting your project on your video.

Leather is lovely stuff to work with - keep in mind you are also made from leather so anything that cuts it will also cut you!
