Their painting is absolutely top notch, so keep that in mind with your expectations for your first jobs!
Tandy Leather has great tutorials on leather stamping. For making your own stamps there are tutorials on here, and the basics are you want the black part of your design to be the raised part of the final product. Start with a simple shape as a test and once you’ve got that working go wild!
