My printer head lens cracked – how long will it take to get a replacement? Or is there somewhere else we can purchase them locally?

The lens probably cracked due to heat. Infrared is just light until it touches something, then it’s heat. The lens will transmit the light - unless it is dirty. Build up on the lens causes the energy to be deposited instead of transmitted so it gets hot.
Keeping the optics clean is important for that reason.
