Lens Tool Magnet Ring was missing; found it separated and damaged. No glue was used to secure the magnet ring to the tool.

Please advise for receiving a replacement.

Send an email or post in Problems and Support, they will send out a new one.

Not that you are not entitled to a new lens tool, but you could do a better job than the manufacturer by super gluing the halves on the plastic handle - and using it. It will work fine.
By all means, secure a replacement as you are entitled to, but don’t let that stop you from keeping your lens clean in the interim.

Yep, those things break really easy. I was same as you and got a replacement, which promptly broke also. The glued one works fine.
