On Windows, Right Click on the plan image (not the picture) and download it. You should end up with an SVG file that you can import into Glowforge. Or on Mac, Ctrl-click on the plan image and download it… Good luck!

Welcome to the forum.
Did you right click on the file (line drawing) and save as SVG to your computer. You should be able to just drag the file onto the Glowforge interface bed or upload it.
