My daughter has this in her living room…
And I have all these old cedar fence panels lying around, so I did this:
I usually like it left unfinished, but this piece seemed like it needed some polyurethane.
Lessons learned:
- Old cedar is quite flammable. Fortunately a little scorching adds to its charm!
- You can’t cut through knotholes on a basic GlowForge, no many how many passes you think you’re willing to wait through.
