Yup. It was a momentary glitch. Thanks!
Would you be willing to post the original ai file that you created this with? I’m only asking because some of the options have changed and I would love to be able to change them and use your wonderful tool! Thanks a bunch!
The SVG file is the original, and should be editable. (I use Inkscape instead of AI.) I haven’t had a chance to update it yet, but feel free!
I printed a few of these today on proofgrade and noticed on some of the hardwoods that when I fully removed the masking that the cheetah was gone (it must have only be on the masking).
So my question is, when this happens should you tweak the setting for speed and slow down the laser? How would you approach tweaking things?
Thank you!!
There’s a minimum power setting iirc, and you set that high enough to get through the masking.
I took the liberty of updating your test chip to the current settings.
Thanks for making it.
It’s really helpful to me.

This post is ~7 years old and the GFUI has changed a lot in that time, plus @jtbarrett hasn’t been on the forum in ~5 years.
If you wanted to use this, you’d need to update to the current offerings (my best guess would be that what used to be Dark Graphic is now SD Graphic) - and for the engraves they have a default LPI, so use that.
Hi there and welcome to the forum! This file may be old, but there will be others that are useful to you. Use the Search function (upper RH on my browser), and see what you can find.
