Materials Order from GF: No updates or response

Hi all,

I placed a materials order with Glowforge over two weeks ago. The order was acknowledged and funds were transferred. But since then I’ve phoned and sent emails requesting a status update for my order. No response to ANY of it. No automated emails with a status update; no change when I log in and check.

Did the materials department shut down with recent restructuring? Anyone know what could be going on?

You didn’t speak to anyone on the phone? Not sure how they could dodge that question.

I’ve called twice and had to leave a message. The first time someone phoned me back hours later and told me I’d receive an email with an order update. I never received that.

Can you confirm the order number, and any support ticket number? I can forward that upwards with our Customer Care team to get this sorted out. Also, the phone team should be available Monday through Friday from 8am to 3pm PST, as well as Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 3pm PST, at 1-888-8GLOWFORGE. Can you confirm the date and time of any voicemails left (doesn’t have to be exact)? I can note that information when reaching out to make sure they are going through the phone system to the team. LOL, having said this I received an email with my tracking number. I’m not sure if this posting helped. But I left voice mails yesterday and the day before, in the late morning both times. Yes, that’s the number I phoned with option-2 for order inquiries. I never did receive a support ticket number despite the calls and emails. The order number is G3821629406. This was a very disappointing experience since communications proved impossible despite answering automation ensuring me that things would be ‘awesome’. Thanks

I just wanted to follow up on the order. It looks like it was able to ship and be delivered over the weekend on Saturday (11/15). This was for the order G3821629406.
