Med. PG acrylic not cutting through

Nothing I couldn’t work around by using a second pass, but at least three times tonight my med.PG acrylic would not cut through using automatic settings.

That’s quite interesting! Would you please:

  1. Let me know what color of acrylic you’re using so I can double check the Proofgrade settings
  2. Wipe the things that need wiping
  3. Make sure that your Crumb tray is flat and that there’s no bits or pieces of previous prints keeping your material from laying flat
  4. Give it another try and let us know how it goes?
