I’m sorry you’re having troubles with the Proofgrade Medium Clear Acrylic.
If you’ve already cleaned everything, and you’re just having cut through issues with just the one material, the next steps are:
Measure the material
Could you measure that Proofgrade Medium Clear Acrylic with a pair of precision calipers (or another precise measuring tool) if you have them, and send me the values you record? Be sure to remove the protective layer on both sides before measuring.
Send us pictures of the clean optics
Take pictures of the lens and windows that you previously cleaned according to the Cut Through Troubleshooting guide. If you see any marks or blemishes, let us know.
If you haven’t yet, also clean and take pictures of the 45 degree mirror in the print head according to this guide.
