Well, on these 2 i used the custom setting on 700 speed and full power, but adjusted the slider bar under that (the darkness value on the high and low side) to 7 on one side, and 90 on the other. Before i did that however, i took the photos into photoshop, and removed the back ground. Then grey scaled them and adjusted the contrast and the lighting levels to make them look much lighter.
