I am making a phone stand with a name. I have both designs already installed. I click on upload from file. I bring in the phone stand first. i then go back to upload from file to bring artwork i want to engrave on phone stand and the design stays but the phone stand disappears

The only reason I could think of as to why the first file goes missing is if you hit your browser back button to grab the next file.

The step would be to start from your dashboard and upload a new file. Once that opens in your GFUI, then just click the big “+” button at the top and add your second file from there. Don’t go back to the dashboard to bring in the second file. If that is what you are doing, then I am stumped.

Both of the designs are on my desktop folder.

I got it to work now. Had to hit the plus button after entering first design then combine them.Thanks for your input.
