I designed an earlier version that required 1/4" dowels as hinges, and the pieces have to be glued together. Today I revised the design to add tabs for joining the pieces, as well as using the hole cutout pieces as part of the hinge (please see the assembly pictures below). This allowed for glue-less assembly. Dimensions are for medium draft board. Plywood materials are a little thicker so some adjustment will be required.
