Here is a bit of how I check my cuts before I actually do it.

Few renders here and there to see if it will work saves a lot of material and time.

Here are some renders I did in Keyshot after designing it in Illustrator and modelling in Maya.

Wow that third one down looks the most convincing, to me. It legitimately looks like it’s already been made. Also great design! I’m not a fanatic of about Disney stuff, but I do love the feelings it brings to mind :grin:
