The two smaller peaks are old volcanoes (all of Tenerife is part of the volcano Teide, but I digress), the top one ( Montaña de Los Frailes ) is so steep that the height curves burnt the wood.
This is the area in question. The part that looks like a birds head? I really exists. It’s a set of pools and a jetty.
They’re rarer than you’d think on that side of the island, but it’s a nice idea!
