Made to look like a bottle top. I 3-D carved it and then laser etched the logo in it. This is for my wife’s birthday present.

Its 100% 3D carved. The top actually has a slightly concave dish to it.

It reminds me of those seats that have the hollows for butt cheeks carved out

I was in NC a week ago on vacation and stopped by a crafts center in the Appalachians. They had an absolutely stunning stool that had this really amazing grain & high polish. I could just see the waves of the appropriate carve-outs. My wife was convinced it’d be seriously uncomfortable because she hadn’t seen the scotsman type before so didn’t recognize the hollows in the undulations that were carved/sanded into the surface. The two critical ones were perfectly placed but camouflaged by all the others on the surface. Unbelievable work combining the butt hollows into the native grain of the wood.
