Thanks to this post, Upgraded LED Nightlight: Clear Proofgrade Acrylic I got the wild hair to make night lights of my own. Thankfully the cut file was posted and I was able to adjust the bottom end to fit my holders. Thank heavens because I haven’t completely figured out InkScape!

I often think of the killer use case for Glowforges. You might not be able to make a living off of them, but just making custom nightlights for all the people you know as a gift for a year would pay for itself in materials, time and what you would have spent on other gifts. Bamboo cutting boards and white ceramic tile, plus a few Proofgrade material projects and you are good to go for the cost of a Basic.
