I made this box for my mom using some plywood from Lowes and stained with regular wood stain. The process is overall simple and the finished product is just stunning, my mom loved it!! Thanks to @adrianf for the idea

Great gift for her! Worthy of her praise, but you know, mothers will cherish anything you do for her. As a child I would run around the yard picking Dandelions, or any weed that was flowering and present them to her in my little fist. A dozen roses wouldn’t have elicited any greater response.
Bonus points for getting a jump on it! I usually wait until time is critical.
