The only scroll bar in the Workspace will appear if there are enough steps in the left-hand column to need one. If you need to move around within the bed image, you can use the hand tool.
Since the initial trouble, has the issue occurred again? If so, please send along those screenshots whenever you’re able, and we’ll include those in our report so the team can look into it.
