I had a design sitting about and was thinking of the many ways it might be used so I had a lot of ends and pieces of poplar and thought I might use up some of that scrap and consider what to do with them later. perhaps just glued in place on a frame or make the frame a row of them.

Made bigger yes, Making them from scrap Poplar 0.5" to 1.5"ATM. The smaller they are the better diameter to thickness they get.

The 1/2" ones would make great buttons!

really small make better earrings than buttons I think, but up to an inch could make great coat buttons.
