I cut this out of acrylic and the edges sort of scorched. Any way to fix that?
that looks like a severely overpowered cut. that’s a ton of flashback there.

Looks suspiciously like non-GF material and/or settings. Specifically the blue appears to be plastic masking which is generally found on extruded acrylic.
I’ve cut literally over 100 full sheets of acrylic and never had flashback like that. Even non-proofgrade that I’ve bought from Amazon or eBay.
can’t tell from the image but hopefully you didn’t use Poly carbonate which is not recommended.
It was proofgrade acrylic
The blue is the actual acrylic. the masking is peeled in that spot to show that the acrylic burned as well…
