I read a bestseller book called Breathe which discussed the importance of nose breathing, and how bad mouth breathing is. I know I mouth breathe at night, so I took a recommendation from the book and purchased some breathe right strips.
It is probably the placebo effect but I feel like I am sleeping better.
I decided to by the bulk “better breath” nose strips, which are larger, and stickier, but they work great for my schnoz.
