What DFQ?

REALLY don’t want to restart my unit right now because I’m trying to engrave the other side of something I just cut and I’m afraid when it re-calibrates it’ll be off. But no matter what I do right now all I get is… [image] EDIT: Forgot to mention I tried restarting my browser (Chrome). Tried IE (yuck) but it just sat at Rendering your design…. So I tried Edge. Got the same DFQ-848 error. EDIT: Turns out DFQ-848 isn’t an error. It’s the “name” of my unit.

Oddly off

Let’s start with the fact that my unit has always been SPOT… ON. Now, please take a look at this… [image] That’s just weird. It’s as if my fisheye-correction’s not working anymore. Edit: I think what happened is the image shifted because it forgot what material is in it. But I can’t be sure since the unit stopped functioning properly right after this. I’ve rebooted it multiple times now but it just won’t calibrate.

Not to mention calibration hasn’t been working very well either.
