I turned my glowforge on and waited for it to go through its usual procedure so I can use it. After 10 minutes it still didn’t return to the home position. I shut it down, checked and cleaned lenses. Turned it back on and another 10 minutes and still not back to home.

GF is down, and they know what is wrong and are working on fixing it!
