So yesterday my GF finally came in. I lovingly get it out of the box, go through the set up, turn it on, make not only 1 but 2 rulers (my friend who was helping me get it set up wanted one too) we go grab a pizza, come back home and eat…fire the GF back on to do the second tutorial …NOTHING! The lights come on, the bubbly sound does it thing but that’s it. Laser doesn’t move at all, and it’s stuck on scanning! I want to CRY!! And I can’t seem to get any responses out of support other than the general email “thank you for your email…we’ll look into it”
