Hi all, I’ve read through the common fixes and can’t seem to make any progress here. I’ve tried:
- cleaning camera
- checking lid connectors
- checking wifi connection

have you checked the connection to the laser head itself? If you power down the machine and disconnect the cable take a photo of the pins and plug end of the cable and inspect it for damage.
