My Dad has to get titanium backs for his watches or he eats through them in a week or so…I’m very glad I didn’t inherit that from him!

How did you get the edges not burnt? Did you cut in many passes, or did you just sand each piece? What settings did you use?

I used this to find the settings:
I don’t recall what settings I used but I am sure I didn’t do multiple passes.
And no, I didn’t sand them, that’s how they came off the machine.
