Here is a basic template for my star. Replace the olive-colored outline panels with your preferred latticework or scrollwork (or some simple small cutout shapes, etc.). Blue lines are mountain folds. Green lines are valley folds. Purple lines are cuts. I score the two sides with the flip jig technique.
Glue the tabs and press the two halves together. Iām just using a glue stick. Let dry completely. Then, you can gently puff it back up.
