They aren’t patent drawings. They are illustrations from books in my library (I am an early technology historian & run the Spark Museum of Electrical Invention). The images are all public domain.
But, as mentioned above, patents are all available via the google pat ent site.

Gotcha. I’ve seen people selling patent drawings on Etsy and wondered if that was your source. was thinking of using them for engraving since they are already cleaned up.

You can use any 2 tone laser safe acrylic material. Inventables, Johnson Plastics, B.F. Plastics and others sell lots of 2 tone acrylic options.
I removed the original link because somebody noted it might not be laser safe.
