Does anyone know where I can get a photo converted my computer died and all I have is an iPad which makes it more complicated
What do you mean by “converted?” You should be able to prepare your photo for engraving using an iPad. Procreate or Photoshop for ipad should be able to do the job.
If what you are talking about is converting a photo to a vector, you could try online vectorizing programs like this one:
