Picture frames

I just finished making engraved picture frames for my siblings as belated Christmas gifts, and I’m proud of them so I’m sharing with you lovely people

They’re engraved baltic birch, 10” square, with 1.7mm acrylic sandwiched between the layers, and held in place with 3mm MDF. The difference in size between the acrylic and the MDF gives a nice little gap that the photos can fit in, similar to the GF catalogue picture frame.

They’re engraved with the names of my nieces and nephews. I’m going to make some for my kids too, and by the time I’m done with those my newest niece will have arrived so I can make one for her too :joy:

A very nice way to frame your family :slightly_smiling_face:

I like the clean lines of the frame and the way you have overlapped the engrave elements.
