Nail holes for attaching the hanger to the sign/picture.
I just got much more use out of my scrap pile!!!
Has anyone boughten these nails if so, would you care to share, please? I don’t use nails at all in really anything. I have zero knowledge other than common sense and a little reading/question asking. If no one has used nails yet, I still need to ask, are there specific nails for something like this? Or is it as simple as getting the right diameter nail with a head at the right length depending on the depth needed? Thank you.
Hello! I’m the one who designed this hanger. the holes are there as an option for people to either use small nails or even small screws for more security. However, I find that medium CA glue is plenty strong for most applications.
Awesome! Thank you for that info and being active in your post about your design, love it!
So simple, so amazing, and utterly helpful.
THANK YOU.
I needed this just today. BDay present for granddaughter had to be finished today (yesterday, truthfully) to be mailed in time. Lifesaver! Thanks!
So glad this has come in handy for you!
Thank you! You saved me. I needed them to finish six frames that of course I’m making at the last minute for gifts.
So glad I could help! I just finished some last minute gifts as well. So nice being able to make gifts instead of shopping all over the place for the perfect ones. Love being able to make personalized gifts!
Just after midnight and I’m done! For a beer loving nephew. I Google Patent searched for beer related inventions , engraved and framed them.
Those are really nice! Love the old look they have.
they are beautiful, they will love them!
Thanks for the early Christmas Present.
Keep Creating!
That’s awesome! Thanks for sharing.
thank you - perfect for when I’m in a bind
i have been wondering if it’s possible to cut something like these teeth in a jig at an angle - probably out of acrylic- and make a cutting edge for the huge tape rolls. i flail around like crazy with scissors, even the supposedly non stick ones.
You could also see if someone has an old bandsaw blade and cut it down to use as a cutting edge. Or maybe even the cutting edge the use in aluminum foil boxes. Just one of those may be long enough. Cut off the cardboard with it and use double stick tape or even a glue gun.
I’d probably cut them like normal then sand them at an angle to get the cutting edge you want. If I’m understanding you correctly.
These are great ideas! thanks!
